You’re free to explore the real culture of Brittany in a region rich in legends and folklore: the Locronan region on the bay of Douarnenez.

The ideal central position of the campsite between the Pointe du Raz and the Crozon peninsula puts you within easy access of many listed natural conservancy sites. The Brittany of fairy tales and legends, so dear to artists, is within your reach. You absolutely must see Cornouaille, Quimper, the Monts d’Arrée, the Bigouden region, Camaret, Morgat, the Ménez-Hom, Douarnenez, le Raz, Huelgoat.

Walkers will appreciate the natural beauty of one of the most famous stretches of the long-distance coastal footpath, GR 34, which winds past the campsite across the fine sand-dunes of Saint-Anne le Palud, listed as a site of outstanding natural beauty and beloved of the actor Jean Gabin.

History-lovers will travel back in time with a visit to the richly quaint market town of Locronan (5 minutes from the campsite), miraculously preserved since the 15th century and often used as a film set.
